Rides and Races

This summer (2021) Kim & I participated in the Tour de Big Bear (Big Bear Lake, CA) with over 1,000 bicyclists.

On Labor Day (2021), I participate in the 92nd Annual Oceanside Labor Day Pier Swim. It’s a one-mile swim around the Oceanside Pier in support of the Oceanside Swim club.

In October (2021), I raced and sponsored the Mission Bay Triathlon in my new age group, “65 to death”. As always, this is a wonderful event and venue with well over 1,000 participants this year!

I have a full race schedule for 2022, including officially entering the 70.3 half Ironman Triathlon in Oceanside on April 22, 2022
