Oceanside Welcomes More Cyclists With Updated Bicycle Master Plan

With unanimous approval–and minimal fanfare–the City Council approved the first update to Oceanside’s Bicycle Master Plan since 1996 this January.

The updated Master Plan proposes to add almost 70 miles of new bike lanes, paths, and routes, improved instructional signs along bike routes, more secure bicycle parking and more.
