Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyer College:
 
The Trail Lawyer College was created and is directed by renown Attorney Gerry Spence. It is a training facility for trial lawyers held at Mr. Spence's Thunderhead Ranch near Dubois, Wyoming.

From hundreds of applicants only 48 lawyers are selected for each class.

Mr. Duquette was one of 48 trial lawyers nationwide hand picked to attend Mr. Gerry Spence, Esq.'s Wyoming Trial Lawyers College, an intense two and a half week program.

The Trial Lawyers College is dedicated to training lawyers how to fight for justice through highly effective jury communication skills and by exploring and knowing oneself.

We learn from seasoned trial masters how to more effectively handle trial, connect with jurors and better communicate. The goal is to reconnect the lawyers with themselves, renewing their humanity, and teaching them to express love, care and concern for the client's they represent as opposed to big government or corporations. This genuine expression of feeling is seen by the jury and often has a profoundly positive effect.

After graduation Mr. Duquette has continued his study of Mr. Spence's methods, and interacts nationwide and locally via e-mail, phone, letter and in person with fellow graduates, passing on the latest victories and techniques that WIN! Mr. Duquette has also attended two of Mr. Gerry Spence's 4 day local training retreats and continues to strive for excellence in trial!
