Following is a list of Driving Under the Influence Program Service Providers for Southern California (San Diego,  Orange and Riverside counties). You should always seek legal advice before you sign up for an alcohol program. You may be wasting your time and money and should find out if you are doing the right thing first! Moreover, the programs usually will not allow you to sign up without a court order first. This is changing.  Regardless of where your court case is, you should be able to ask the Judge to give you an alcohol program located where you live! FOP=First Offender Program.
